As a knowledgeable practitioner and a good listener, I pride myself on my ability to connect with individuals. My goal is to always be approachable and provide optimism, ideas, and support as clients figure things out. My style involves asking clarifying questions to ensure effective two-way communication and using simple language by avoiding overly complex terminology. My desire to support others in navigating their life challenges influenced my desire to pursue a career in mental health.
Outside of helping clients, I love spending time with family and believe it is something that needs to be cherished. In my leisure time, I enjoy watching movies, traveling, and trying different cuisines.
