I have over 20 years of experience working to improve the quality of services provided within the healthcare industry and I strive to do the same for the Brighter Hope Wellness Center community.  Through client feedback, data and systems analysis, and with compassion, I work to ensure that each client’s service expectations are met and that the Clinicians have reliable administrative systems in place to best support their clients.

Prior to my professional experience, I completed my undergraduate degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences at the University of Maryland. During my final years at the University I worked as a one-on-one assistant and ABA technician to a family with two children diagnosed with autism. Those years were my most rewarding and I have since looked forward to transitioning back into an environment where I can couple my interest in behavioral science and quality improvement to positively enhance the experiences of those I support. I am happy to have found that at BHWC.
